Product Compatibility

Our WordPress themes are designed to work with the latest stable version of WordPress. Please review the compatibility notes listed for each theme before purchasing.

All AuraTheme products are tested and compatible with modern browsers including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. We recommend using updated browsers for optimal performance.

Licensing of WordPress Products

All WordPress themes and source code available for download from AuraTheme.org are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL), version 2.0 or later (https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html). This means you have the freedom to use, modify, and distribute our themes in accordance with GPL terms.

Product Updates

When you purchase a theme from AuraTheme, you are entitled to one year of free updates from the date of purchase. Our development team continuously works to improve functionality, add new features, and ensure compatibility with the latest WordPress versions.

While we consider feature requests from our customers, we cannot guarantee all requested functionality will be included in future updates. AuraTheme cannot guarantee continuous or indefinite updates, nor compatibility with WordPress versions older than 5.0.

License Terms

Single Site License

Allows use on one domain only. Includes updates and support for 1 year (365 days) from the purchase date.

Developer License (Up to 5 Sites)

Allows activation on up to five domains. Includes priority updates and support for 1 year (365 days) from the purchase date.

Agency License (Unlimited Sites)

Grants usage across unlimited domains, with premium support and updates for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase.

Lifetime License

A one-time purchase providing lifetime access, updates, and premium support for the product’s entire lifespan.

License Violations

Reselling, redistributing, or sharing any of our products or product licenses through your own or third-party websites is strictly prohibited. You may not claim our themes as your own work or remove copyright notices from theme files.

Support Policy

Technical support is available to customers who have purchased premium products. You can contact our support team at support@auratheme.org.

For single-site or annual licenses, support and updates are provided for one year. Lifetime license holders receive support and updates for the product’s lifetime.

Our support team strives to respond to all queries within 24 hours on business days. Response times may vary on weekends and public holidays.

Refund Policy

We’re confident you’ll find our themes valuable and powerful for your projects. However, if you’re unsatisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you request a refund within 30 days of purchase and meet our refund policy criteria, you’ll receive a full refund. We appreciate feedback to help us improve our services.

Warranty

All AuraTheme products are provided “as is”, without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins or extensions.

Promotional Campaigns

AuraTheme occasionally offers special discounts during promotional events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and seasonal sales. Discounts are valid only during the campaign period and may end without prior notice. AuraTheme reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions at any time.

Lifetime Deals

AuraTheme may offer Lifetime Access options for select products. “Lifetime” refers to the lifespan of the specific product—not the customer’s lifetime. This means you will have access to updates and support as long as the product remains commercially available.

We will notify customers 60 days in advance before discontinuing any lifetime product, providing ample time for transition.

Liability and Ownership

All AuraTheme products remain the intellectual property of AuraTheme. You may not claim exclusive ownership, even if you modify the products.

All products are provided “as is,” and AuraTheme assumes no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from their use or inability to use them.

Product licenses and user accounts are non-transferable. If you are a developer representing a client, please encourage the client to purchase their own license directly from us for proper support and updates.

Account Suspension and Termination

AuraTheme reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice for reasons including (but not limited to):

Abusive or disrespectful behavior toward AuraTheme staff or other customers
Posting defamatory, false, or misleading statements about AuraTheme
Promoting competing products, distributing pirated software, or engaging in illegal activity
Violation of our license terms or prohibited use policies

Once an account is terminated, the decision is final and cannot be reversed.

Prohibited or Illegal Use

Users engaging in fraudulent, spam-related, or other malicious activities will be permanently blocked to ensure customer safety and platform integrity.
